How to use this prototype
Start on Home. Tap Disease Control to see the new 3 tiles.
Open General Check-up, pick a person and tap Add Check-up.
Try an emergency complaint, a TB or pregnancy complaint (routing), High BP (Suspected or Known) and Other.
Refer to HWC opens the refer form. Submit it and the referral appears in HWC Referred List.
Tap View Follow-up. Choose "Referred to higher facility" to record the onward referral.
Open the menu (three lines) then Monthly Claim Summary to watch activity 26 reach 10.
