We have option to login to "Facility" or "Outreach".
2. After Logging "Get Location" page gets popped-up.
3. After submitting "Get Location" information we will land up to Home Page where will be able to see the existing beneficiary details and we can Register New Beneficiary.
4. Click on "Registration" Button.
Mandatory fields: Village, First Name, Age, Date of Birth, Gender.
5. Once Registration is done Beneficiary will move to CHO/Nurse section wherein they will fill Visit details/Chief Complaint.
General OPD Module/Outpatient Care
There is no Age or Gender Validations.
6. Click Next for Vitals.
7. Click Next then Beneficiary will move to Doctor module for "Case Record" wherein doctor will be able to see the details which has been filled by Nurse. Doctor will fill the provisional diagnosis and Prescribe Investigation & Prescription if required.
8. Now the Beneficiary moved to Lab Technician module for Lab test.
9. Once the Lab Test is done Beneficiary will move again to Doctor module for Results. After verifying the results if Doctor has to refer the beneficiary to Higher healthcare center then they will refer or else prescribe the medicine to Beneficiary.
10. The Beneficiary has moved to Pharmacy for drug Dispense which has been prescribed by Doctor.
