Online and Offline App Functionality:

  1. Initial Installation and Login:

    • The app requires an internet connection for the first login.
    • Upon logging in, data is downloaded from the server, ensuring that the app works offline.
  2. Logout and Re-login Without Internet:

    • After the first login, users can log out.
    • To verify offline functionality, turn off the internet and attempt to log in again.
    • The app should allow login without requiring an internet connection after the initial data sync.
  3. Language Selection & Village Mapping:

    • After logging in, users are prompted to select a language.
    • Next, users select their village:
      • If ASHA is mapped to multiple villages, they must choose the village they are currently working in.
      • If ASHA is mapped to only one village, that village is selected by default.
    • The system supports scenarios where an ASHA can be mapped to multiple villages, and one village can have multiple ASHA workers.
  4. User & Village Mapping:

    • The app ensures proper user mapping and village mapping, streamlining the workflow for ASHA workers across different locations.

The system tracks pregnancy stages and ensures timely ANC visits, organizing women into due lists: ANC 1 for those registered within 12 weeks, ANC 2 for women between 14-26 weeks who completed ANC 1, PMSMA for HRP cases or those between 14-40 weeks, ANC 3 for women between 28-36 weeks after completing ANC 2, and ANC 4 for women nearing delivery after ANC 3. This structure promotes accurate tracking, timely care, and additional attention to high-risk pregnancies.
