    HWC Mobile application has been designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services provided by HWC and PHC staff such as Service delivery, Chief complaint. This Mobile Application facilitates the capture and transfer of beneficiary data, allowing healthcare providers to easily access crucial information. This application ensures timely delivery of full competent of General OPD, antenatal, postnatal & delivery services and tracking of children for complete immunization services. Application has been designed to meet the requirements of the CPHC & HWC guidelines.

2. Problem Statement:

 Current manual processes lead to delays, inaccuracies, and difficulties in ensuring comprehensive care. Furthermore, there is a need for a solution that can function effectively in both online and offline environments, adhere to healthcare regulations, and support healthcare providers like CHOs, ANMs, and DEOs who may have varying levels of digital literacy.
