  A)  General OPD Module/Outpatient Care

Login, Registration, Lab Technician and Pharmacy module will be same for all the Modules. Only Change in Nurse/Doctor section.

A Centre for ambulatory care involving numerous healthcare services. These healthcare services include diagnosis, observation, consultation, and treatment. Healthcare providers in the OPD can directly cater to patients' needs or refer them to other institutions.

 Validations:     There is no Age or Gender Validations.

B). ANC (Antenatal Care):

Login, Registration, Lab Technician and Pharmacy module will be same for all the Modules. Only Change in Nurse/Doctor section.

Antenatal care, also known as prenatal care, is the health care that pregnant women receive to ensure the well-being of both the mother and the baby.

  1. Validations: The Beneficiary should be Female and age should be >=15 years. Pregnancy status is positive and Visit category group is selected as ANC

2. After clicking Next, Nurse/CHO will be filling the ANC details.

3. Nurse/CHO will be able to track the beneficiary further visits and will be able to see the previous visits.


C) PNC(Postnatal Care):

Login, Registration, Lab Technician and Pharmacy module will be same for all the Modules. Only Change in Nurse/Doctor section.

Postnatal care is the care given to the mother and newborn after birth. It's a continuation of the care received during pregnancy, labor, and birth. 

  1. Validations: Age should be >=15 years. If Beneficiary is female (within 42 days of Delivery) and Visit category group is selected as PNC.

D). Neonatal & Infant Healthcare Services:

Login, Registration, Lab Technician and Pharmacy module will be same for all the Modules. Only Change in Nurse/Doctor section.

Validations: Child age should be <=1 years.

2. After clicking on Next button it will redirect for Immunization to the Child.

3. Nurse/CHO will be able to track the Child further Immunization/visits and will be able to see the previous visits.


E). Family Planning, Contraceptives Services & Other Reproductive Health Care Services.

Login, Registration, Lab Technician and Pharmacy module will be same for all the Modules. Only Change in Nurse/Doctor section.

Family planning allows people to attain their desired number of children, if any, and to determine the spacing of their pregnancies. It is achieved through use of contraceptive methods and the treatment of infertility.

  1. Validations: If Beneficiary is female, Age>12 Years and Visit category group is selected as “FP & Contraceptive Services & Other Reproductive Healthcare Services”

F. NCD Screening:

Login, Registration, Lab Technician and Pharmacy module will be same for all the Modules. Only Change in Nurse/Doctor section.

Non-communicable disease (NCD) screening is a health check that helps detect and manage NCDs early. NCDs are a major cause of death and disability worldwide, and include diseases like heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and chronic lung disease.

CBAC Form is applicable to screen the Beneficiaries. This CBAC Form, assessment check should be done yearly once, 

  1. Validation: Show all Beneficiary both Male and Female whose age > = 30 years and excluding Pregnant Women.
