2. Issue Description

After completing the flow(Registrar,Nurse,Doctor,Lab,Pharmacist) of the a beneficiary, Once Pharmacist dispensed the medicine and back to registrar page then clicking on Registration the screen is getting blank. Seems we are able to complete only one module flow then need to logout and login again for another Registration to start the flow.

Release-3.6.2 was not pointing properly with Common-UI sub module.
And this fix is not merged with any release branch.
