Problem Statement:

ASHAs face challenges with manual data management, leading to inefficiencies and delays in service delivery. To improve tracking and monitoring of antenatal, postnatal, and immunization services under the RMNCH+A program along with NCDs and Communicable Diseases Services, a digital solution is needed.

Goals:

To develop a digital application that streamlines data entry enhances accuracy, and improves efficiency for ASHAs, supporting effective service delivery under the RMNCH+A program as well as for Tuberculosis (TB) and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). The application must streamline data entry, enhance accuracy, and function well offline while supporting multiple languages. This will reduce manual labour, empower ASHAs, and ensure timely health service delivery.
