Sometimes, an application might not respond because it's using too many resources. You can check this in Task Manager (on Windows) or Activity Monitor (on macOS) to see if the CPU or memory is being maxed out.

When you get such issue Please follow the below Process

Step 1 : Force Close the Application:

Windows : Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, find the application, and click "End Task".

MacOS : Press Cmd + Option + Esc, select the application, and click "Force Quit".

Step 2: Restart Your PC

 In Most of the cases, Temporary issues will be resolved by restarting the PC.

Step 3 : Check for Updates

   Ensure the application and your operating system are up to date. 

   If not, Please update it.

Step 4 : Reinstall the Application: Uninstall and then reinstall the application.

     Sometimes, Uninstalling and reinstalling the application will help to fix this issue.

Step 5 : Safe Mode

     Try starting your computer in Safe Mode. This can help determine if the issue is caused by a software conflict or a corrupted driver.

Step 6 : Check Event Viewer (Windows)

     This can provide more details on what might be causing the issue. You can access it by typing "Event Viewer" in the search bar.
