🔧 Action Items for Sprint 41

• Backend tasks to be properly tracked in Jira or discussed during 1:1s.

• Improve coordination between planning and QA execution.

• Limit mid-sprint ticket additions to maintain stability.

• Estimate tickets only until Wednesday to reserve 2 days for production or regression issues.

🙏 Closing Thoughts
This was one of our better sprints — smoother execution, quicker closures, and good collaboration across the board. Several developers mentioned that this was one of the smoothest deployments in recent cycles. A few tweaks ahead, but great energy overall. Let’s aim to carry this rhythm into Sprint 41.
