The Inventory Module is an essential component of our system designed to streamline the management of pharmaceutical stocks and the distribution of medicines. This module allows pharmacists to efficiently track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the right medications are available when needed.
Logging into the Inventory Module
To access the Inventory Module, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Login Page:
- Open your web browser and enter the following URL:

2.Enter the Credentials:
- In the
Username
field, type your username. - In the
Password
field, type your password.
3. Login:
- Click the
Login
button to access the Inventory Module.
4. Proceed to the Next Step:
- After logging in, you will land on the home page.
- Tap on the
TM
logo displayed on the blue screen to proceed to the next step.
5.Selecting the Store Type
After logging in, choose the appropriate store type:
Main Store:
- Located at the district or state level, acting as the central distributor.
Sub Store:
- Located at the block or village level for local distribution.
6. After Selecting the Store Type
Upon selecting the Main Store, two dropdown options will appear:
Pharmacist:
- Allows access to various services that the pharmacist can manage and provide.
Reports:
- Enables the pharmacist to generate reports as needed.
7, Patient Issue without Prescription
This option allows the pharmacist to directly dispense medication to beneficiaries or patients without a prescription.
Additional Features:
Click on Advanced Search:
Use this feature to perform detailed searches for patient information or medication details.Click on Previous Records:
Access a history of past transactions and patient records by selecting this option.
8.Physical Stock Entry
Click on this option to accurately add and manage stock levels.

9.Stock Adjustment
Click on this option to adjust stock levels using the available tools.
10.Store Consumption
Click on this option to manage and record the consumption of stock within the store.
11.Stock Transfer
Click on this option to transfer medication from the Main Store to a Sub-Store.
12. Patient Returns
Click on this option to allow patients to return medication to the pharmacist using their visit details.
13, Indent
Click on this option to enable the pharmacist at the Main Store to request or indent medication to a connected or subsequent Sub-Store.

Click on this option to generate reports according to specific requirements.
