Release Description
Release 1.3 extends the STOP TB application beyond screening into the care continuum. The headline additions are the Counselling Module – a multi-section counselling workflow with beneficiary status transition to "Counselled", refusal-reason capture, government-scheme linkage and offline submission – and the Follow-Up Module, which records monthly treatment follow-up visits, adherence and outcome (including death) with a per-beneficiary follow-up history.
This release also introduces geolocation capture (latitude/longitude and DIGIPIN) across household registration and the Suspected, Confirmed, TPT and Follow-up modules, and Camp Mode enhancements that display live connection status to the local camp server, notify on disconnection, and deliver near real-time beneficiary data across devices at the camp. A TB screening form was added to the Registrar login, role-based access control between Nurse and Counselling Officer was corrected, an in-app error-log export was added to aid field support, and the KPI/Dashboard was reworked with cross-device count consistency.
The bulk of the release is a large stabilisation effort: 71 defects were closed, concentrated on data synchronisation and down-sync integrity after reinstall, multi-device consistency, form validation behaviour, counselling data persistence, and household/beneficiary registration UX. Infrastructure work included the UAT server setup, an SQL dump enhanced with master location and facility hierarchy data, and a script supporting individual MMU user logins with per-laptop van ID mapping.
