You can Raise complaint with Lenovo service center when your laptop is not switching on, any kind of beep sounds and not able to login to the Operating system to work on. Please follow below steps to raise a complaint.

1.1 Use the following steps to submit a request:

  1. Go to https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/servicerequest.
  2. Fill in the serial number first. Your serial number is required to submit a ticket.
  3. Verify that the country is correct. Select Next.
  4. If this is about a current case, fill in the case reference number. If not, leave this field blank.
  5. If you ran Lenovo Diagnostics and have an error code, enter the code into the Diagnostic Code field. If not, leave this field blank.
  6. Type a description of the issue. Click Nextwhen finished.
  7. Fill in your name, email address, phone number, and phone number extension (if you have an extension).
  8. Fill in onsite information if you cannot be contacted directly (for example, at a business). If the Onsite Contact Information is the same as the Customer Contact Information, select Copy from customer contact information.
  9. Select the call back options.
  10. Type the shipping address where the machine is located under Address for Machine Location. Start by typing the street address and select from the list of addresses. Select Nextwhen finished.
  11. Verify the information. Change any incorrect information by selecting Edit. If the information is correct, select Submit.


Use the following steps to access the eTicket from the support page:

  1. Go to https://pcsupport.lenovo.com.
  2. Select your product.
  3. Click Contact Us.

  4. Various communication options will be shown. Select Submit a Service Request.
